RK Hospitality Studio was created to build practical digital tools and services for independent hospitality businesses.
The focus is the wider guest journey: how people discover a property, how clearly information is presented, how smoothly digital systems support the stay and how businesses can better understand where problems or friction exist.
Rather than treating the website as the entire digital experience, the studio is developing products and services that support different stages of the journey — before booking, online and during the stay itself.

RK Hospitality Studio is led by Ryan Kilgariff.
RK Guest, RK Monitor and website projects are planned, developed and reviewed directly rather than being passed between separate sales, design and account-management teams.
This creates a simpler working relationship and keeps the development of each product or service close to the real challenges faced by independent hospitality businesses.
The goal is not to add technology for the sake of it. It is to build practical digital tools that make information clearer, reduce friction and support a better guest experience.
